Tool Selection & Architecture
Choosing the right stack for the problem (Laravel, MySQL, React, Expo). Designing normalized database schemas (ERDs), scoping role-based permissions, and defining API contracts.
MVP & Core Workflow Prototype
Building the critical vertical slice first. Delivering the primary end-to-end user path (like permit issuance or brokerage document tracking) so stakeholders test working software early.
Validation, Security & Edge Cases
Hardening the system. Enforcing strict server and client validation, securing role-based access control (RBAC), error handling, and testing mobile workflows under unstable connections.
